For 100% custom made USB flash drives there are just 3x easy steps to go:

1. The Design
   Your USB flash design needs to be drawn or sketched in order to reflect your product or brand message. Do you have any design ideas already, and do you have a clear picture of how you want your USB to look like?
2. The Prototype
   To make sure that you order exactly what you are looking for, we would first set up a working prototype of for your approval. For creating the mould and sending the prototype to your office, we charge a set-up fee which depends on the design of the flash drive. The set-up and dispatch of the first sample takes around 7 days.
3. Mass Production
   After you have received and approved the first sample you can place your order to start mass production. Mass production of 100% custom made USB flash drives is usually feasible for batches starting from 500 units or more. Mass production takes around 10 days.

You may choose from high-quality NAND flash or original A-grade Samsung or Intel flash memory and in capacities ranging from 128MB to 16GB.
